As an outsider I was in enemy territory (ny plates) on a Saturday trying to keep my routine from being interrupted too much so I was going to get a day-pass. No one works on the weekends but a kindly gentleman let me in and I got my work-out in (thank you sir!) Terrible photo but let me just say my new York eyes and skin can't take August Kentucky lol. It was hot!!
Very nice gym, very clean and has a great selection of equipment. Many highschool ego-lifters.
Great gym! Up to date, clean, and very safe. New machines and nice tanning beds. 24/7 too!
