*updated* thank you for your response really appreciate it! Normally have a 5 star experience but today I was locked out even though I paid my membership fee yesterday. I'm legally blind and unable to drive myself so I had to wait outside for my drive to come back and get me. All the while I had no way to contact anyone to try and rectify the issue.
