The worst clinic I've ever dealt with. 0 customer service. Oftentimes their phone lines go straight to voicemail. I got the hint after my first visit but somehow I kept going there and it only got worse. After thousands of dollars in vain, the IUD I was trying to get was unsuccessful and they wanted to start over again. I couldn't do that especially provided the worse customer service I had there, specifically the lady who goes by Que! The doctor was nice though but I will not be going back there. Find a better gyn!
Great staff and physician. You will feel informed and well cared for.
Dr. Tope was late for my 2nd appt...late for my 3rd appt (when she finally came in the room- she wanted to rush through my appt)....her answers to my questions were short with little to no explanation/concern. I am looking for a new OB/GYN
They have great beautiful doctors and employees. A great lady Jasmine Wilkenson really helped me connect with my obgyn and was caring and compassionate through my emergency. I will always be pleased with there customer service, prompt service and beautiful help.
