Chris called me the next morning when they opened, & had already pulled up options & pricing to replace it. He was so polite, & didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience. Amazing Service with a friendly staff. Kevin, Taylor and the guys were extremely easy to work with. I dropped off a noisy Toyota Prius that I couldn’t hear myself think in while driving the car. The Team kept me informed after diagnosing each of the issues they uncovered. New wheel bearings, tires, and a muffler issue. Not just a great tire shop! Yes, Kevin and his guys set me up with a great set of quality tires at the same price I'd have paid for low-end Wal-Mart tires, but they also fixed my brakes the right way - for far less than the dealership quoted me. Always honest, and usually even gets me in the same day when I call.
I highly recommend these guys. They are knowledgeable, competent and, most importantly, trust worthy. I've been with them for 15 years and there is good reason for that! Staff is always friendly and courteous and often help me laugh even when I'm having a car crisis.
