Alex reached out immediately after I submitted my form online to request a breast pump. He or she also followed up every few days to let me know what they were missing and if they could be of any assistance. They reached out again as soon as they received my prescription from my doctor and again let me know once everything was finalized. I am just currently waiting on it to be shipped and delivered. Definitely a seamless process so far
Every ounce was so easy to work with! They actually knew my insurance, contacted my on office for a prescription, and were able to work with me to get a pump that works with my busy stage of life! Thank you every ounce!
