I miss the fact that all of my children used to go here, but there's no Pediatric Dentist. However, I love this establishment. The receptionist are professional, and the dentist and orthodontist are very knowledgeable and patient.
Great dentists. I would definitely recommend them. My children are treated very well.
The office is nice, and looks kid friendly, but I give it two stars because of my experience with one hygienist. She started off having somewhat of a attitude as if she didn't want to be a work in the first place. Then while doing my daughters sealants she was extremely not child friendly. She was completely unaware of my daughters cues that she was uncomfortable and pain, and would tell her to stop so she doesn't have to do it again instead of recognizing her extreme uncomfort. I have now been waiting for 40 mins The office is nice on the inside. Kid friendly. This is my first time here. I am upset that im still waiting to simply be signed in. I have been here 25 mins already. My appointment is at 10. I dont know why a patient would have to wait almost 30 mins to be signed in. I may not come back. Ill have to be wowed by the dentist to even consider returning. This is crazy. So i thought i update my review. Although i wasnt happy at first dr. Allen made me very happy.
