Omar was not only early for our appointment but had even left a message that he could meet earlier with us if that was more convenient! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional, and informative. He explained every step of the repair process. He is now my go too guy! I will use him again in future.
Lawnmower wasn't starting and smoking; called this business and they sent a technician over. Ivan did a cleaning and maintenance, new plug, filter and carburetor. He tried his best and we both agreed it is likely engine issue and not economical to repair given the age of the machine and parts are scarce. Had a good 17 year run with this gas mower but time for a new one. They only charged half the callout fee at $50 which I appreciated. Omar came to our house and did a good job of servicing our generator. Disassembled and cleaned the carburetor and replaced the old gas. Good person to use.
He was great rt on time had the job done real fast place in mission said 5 weeks called him on fridaysaid he do it 630 came 600 dont at 645 price was good as he came to me
I can't speak highly enough of Omar. He was clear at the start that if my very old mower needed parts, I was out of luck. Then he proceeded to assess the problem and bring it back to life. He also gave me advice how to prolong its life. All for a very reasonable price!
