I've been looking for something to get my butt in shape and feel good. This was the perfect class for me. I did a one on one with Brianna. I felt very comfortable and at ease with her. I can't wait to see what else she has in store! I will be attending her HIIT classes. Nice, clean space I might also add! I look forward to the classes and venturing out and exploring other classes too. Kick boxing sounds up my alley!
I love Every body Strength and Fitness. I have learned so much, and feel supported each and every time I walk through the door. There are so many different classes. Brianna has pushed me and motivated me to be my best self! I highly recommend giving any of the classes a try!!!
My family found EBSF almost three years ago and what started as just a local gym turned into our home away from home. Matt has done everything from creating a welcoming space so I never had to miss a workout even if couldn’t find a sitter to helping my youngest conquer some fears and insecurities. Highly recommend!
Everyone who works here is kind and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!! No matter what level you are at, they can help you get your goals accomplished with grace and understanding.
