Best gym in castle hill!
Relaxed, happy gym that offers PT expert advice, excellent equipment and super friendly atmosphere. 24 hour access and centrally located. Highly recommend Everwilling, Charles and Boyd are awesome.
Charles Ivey is a great Personal Trainer especially for people with special needs and/or disabilities. I considered his passion in helping people get fit through PTs very uplifting. He clearly demonstrated his love and dedication to do his job right. For him, each client is unique. He builds an effective training regimen for each client. At times, he works for about 15 hours a day (starts his day from 5am) because he handles the accounting and admin sides as well. I see him in the gym twice a week for almost 3 months now.
