Very good apartment complex to live. We moved here from out of state in May 2024 and renewed for another 15 month. We were one of the few first in when the complex still wasn't 100% finished. Since our first approach over the phone, the staff has been amazing at being attentive, helpful and resourceful to the residents. It has been a pleasure to see the landscaping blossom, as well as staff manage the complex very efficiently. I really enjoy living here! Everything is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The community is friendly and respectful, which makes the environment even more pleasant. Whenever I needed maintenance, the team was always quick, professional, and efficient. The gym is great and well equipped, and the clubhouse is perfect for working from home — I use it often and highly recommend it. Overall, it’s a comfortable, modern, and well-managed place to live. I definitely recommend this community!

We’ve been living at Everwell at Bexley since 2024 and truly love it here! A few months ago there was a change in management, and it has made such a positive difference. The new manager really pays attention to detail, is present, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. You can feel the improvement.
