Kenzie did a great job showing me the apartment room and was very helpful with excellent customer service! This apartment is really nice.
I absolutely love this community. The staff is incredible. The buildings are quiet, clean, and new. So happy that I chose to live here!
Property is pretty and maintenance staff is good however the WiFi is absolutely horrible. The WiFi is always going out and the office staff does nothing to help. Packages are always getting lost or thrown around the locker area. Overall, everyone is nice but there are several areas for improvement that would make the property more rental friendly and make it more enjoyable
We moved into Everwell last August and we love it so much that we just renewed for another 14 months. We have the most amazing floor plan with our 1,700 sf 3 bedroom apartment. We live in a nature preserve and the views are amazing. Our unit faces west and every evening we get treated to beautiful sunsets. This complex is brand new so we really enjoy all the beautiful appliances that come with the unit. I absolutely love living here! The property is absolutely stunning, the units are gorgeous — tucked back in nature with beautiful scenery and a peaceful atmosphere, yet it’s only a quick 5-minute drive to just about everything you could need.
