I cannot say enough great things about this property and the amazing team behind it! 1. The internet service in this complex is extremely unreliable. We were without internet for over two weeks, and each time it rains, the Wi-Fi goes out completely. Without Wi-Fi, cell service drops to one bar, leaving residents with little to no connectivity. 2. The property has a severe pest issue. Roaches are widespread throughout the complex, and now ants have become a problem as well, due to cracks in the base molding that were never properly sealed during construction. 3. I deliver packages in the morning to Everwell and the groundskeeper always helps me put packages away. His name is Carder, I know he doesn’t have to help me but he does it anyway and it makes my day every time.
The property is absolutely beautiful! Special props to the groundskeeper too, his name is Carder and I can tell he puts in a lot of effort to keep the apartments pretty and clean
TL;DR: Everwell markets itself as a luxury apartment, but our 7-month experience has been filled with serious issues, such as frequent AC and appliance failures, poor sound insulation, unreliable internet (with only one provider), disorganized and insecure package handling, and neglected outdoor areas with strong odors and dog waste.
