Everwell is a very nice, modern, and clean complex. I have lived here for a few years and had a great experience so far. The staff here is great; Dan on the maintenance team is the best he is always on top of everyone needs! Lastly, We had to upgrade our floor plan to the B2 it is beautiful and super spacious, Madison the manager here was super helpful with the process of moving/uograding!! I would recommend this place.
I’ve been living here for about four months, and initially, everything was great. The apartment itself (I’m in the 2/2 B3 model) is spacious, bright, and really beautiful—it definitely gives off a luxury feel at first glance. However, things changed once my upstairs neighbors moved in. Since then, I’ve been dealing with constant noise on a daily basis. I truly had a wonderful experience living at Everwell at Bexley and was genuinely sad to leave when I had to relocate for work. The units are clean, modern, and feel very upscale. One thing that really stood out is that the hallways are indoors, which is actually pretty rare in Florida. It makes a big difference with temperature control in your unit and adds an extra level of comfort. Everwell at Bexley is a beautiful community and McKenzie in the office is a pleasure, she is friendly and outgoing!
