Awful company. They've had my money since May and Im still waiting for work to commence. Supposed to be getting solar panels (after they approached me asking if I would be interested) but getting excuse after excuse from them. The staff are always polite on the phone but I constantly get promised a call back but this never happens. I would definitely NOT recommend them.
Excellent service from start to finish with my heat pump/solar installation. Pre site visit with planning was clear as was the communication for the installation.. Very impressed with the staff that fitted the set up in particular, great group who took time. Did everything to a good standard and spent time explaining things. The post installation inspection was also thorough and explained well. I did not experience anything but good professional service from all involved
How this company is still in business I will never know!! Before they even started my new boiler installation, they had already succeeded in damaging my wall covering on the stairs wall and the top landing. Regarding the actual installation, it was a total disaster. The workmanship was shoddy and very unprofessional. The soldiering of the pipes was running down like snotters and the plastering looked like they had thrown it from one side of the room to the actual boiler vent.
