Very efficiant helpful propmt and polite.
Extremely unprofessional, unable to take accountability for a boiler install gone wrong, very unreliable and extremely poor communication (lack of it) - if you’re considering using these guys for boiler fittings, I suggest you don’t.
I am having a very frustrating experience with them since 5 months, and you will have too when you deal with them. Especially with the department who is dealing with GBIS applications. All you will hear are lies and will waste your time too much.
One of these clowns crashed into mine and my partners PARKED VAN, after calling the office to report this and ask the driver to swap details he fled the scene leaving our van all scuffed and dented. We couldn’t access our rear doors of the van to retrieve our dogs cage from the van and were therefore charged an extra fee for cancelling our dog sitter and now have to repair our van.
