I am having a very frustrating experience with them since 5 months, and you will have too when you deal with them. Especially with the department who is dealing with GBIS applications. All you will hear are lies and will waste your time too much.
One of these clowns crashed into mine and my partners PARKED VAN, after calling the office to report this and ask the driver to swap details he fled the scene leaving our van all scuffed and dented. We couldn’t access our rear doors of the van to retrieve our dogs cage from the van and were therefore charged an extra fee for cancelling our dog sitter and now have to repair our van. Absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with being a housing tenant. Unprofessional, rude and no communication. Workers showing up not knowing what the job is and asking me "what's to be done?". Having to phone for weeks on end chasing up jobs that are started and not completed. Telling lies blaming the tenant, absolutely shocking the way I've been treated this past year. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! not worth the stress and effect on your mental health it will have dealing with this company.
Never showed. Lost a day's pay waiting
Company failed to attend appointment. Nothing from them to explain why. I gave waited weeks to get the work done.
