ZERO Stars. Stay away and invest your money in a name-brand manufacturer. Evervue's website is filled with misconceptions and false advertising. Their "smart TV" is a cheap Android set-top box that doesn't allow for 4k streaming with Netflix and other common apps. Unable to download Disney+ and other common apps. Picture quality is sub-par, and anti-glare is terrible. Their specifications are inaccurate. We selected a Cosmos with 2.6" thickness according to them, but arrive 4" thick. Evervue is the worst company I’ve ever experienced. We purchased 3 of their mirrors, 2 of which were totally defective and Evervue refuses to provide service or refund. We’ve pleaded with them to provide service and they refuse. We ultimately had to throw the mirrors away and purchased from Hauschen. I have pictures and emails from the company which shows their refusal to provide any support. Worst company ever.

Company has address in USA, but no one is there. They ship the TV from china, tech support is done through email in china and they are not helpful at all. Spent $8,000 on a TV that shocks people when they touch it and produces static through the speakers so loud you can't watch it. Nothing works as describe on the site, too many issues to list. The email support told me to try changing the volume! They only started to show concern after I filed to complaint with paypal and then refused to help me. We had to return the tv at ... read more

I've purchased Cosmos Outdoor TV and i'm very happy with the product. It is safe and stylish, my wife and kids love it so much. Can't wait to use it during summer while grilling with the kids.
