New patient, brought in my calico. I was seen with incredibly short notice. The veterinarian Dr. Gordon was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely recommend him and will be back. Prescribed antibiotics and steroid for new chin acne and a topical antibacterial for an ear infection.
Dr. Carter has been extremely attentive to our pup during her dental surgery. There does seem to be disconnect with communication amongst the staff. Just a friendly reminder that we need a bit more compassion, by being that compassion. To all who work the phones and desk, I know you go through a lot, but stay centered in the fact that we all want the best for our fur babies and how much we feel for them as their pet parents.
They have appointment availability and I appreciate that appointments are fairly quick. We've had 2 wellness appointments and 2 booster shot appointments. Overall, we have not found staff to be very friendly or welcoming but it's been tolerable. Until our last visit when we had a tech come in and not say anything to us or our very frightened dog.
