Stopped here twice in the past week to have something simple looked at on my car and the staff were amazing!
I Summerland Integra Tire Does not live up to there name. There is no integrity in that business or in Carol the ignorant owner. Two years ago I had them install an expensive special order performance suspension system I provided in my classic car. A few months later and only a half dozen drives in it(as its my summer car and I only have time to drive it once in while ) I hear a long bang while Im in Kelowna. I assume its the brakes. I just walked in for a bolt in the tire, they said ok, they fixed it quick and I was back on the road. Old school customer service with quick turnaround. They've earned my business.
Got a beautiful set of Geolanders for my Ram 3500. Great services, got me in and out quick and honoured their quote from an out a month prior. Highly recommend.
Well, I found myself in a tough spot and visited every tire shop in town, only to be turned away and informed that they couldn’t help me. However, Integra was the only place that didn’t turn me away. Everyone there was friendly and eager to assist if you’re seeking the go-to spot for tire help or maintenance. I highly recommend Integra Tire. They efficiently got me in and out within 30 minutes, providing the best service I’ve ever experienced.
