Wow, I dont even know where to start. From the time I walked in and was greeted (well if you could call it that) by the young receptionist who didn't even look up at me or confirm that she had checked in the correct pt, to the dr who arrived at the practice 15 minutes after my appt and then proceeded to call in 2 pts booked after me. I wish i could leave a -1 review. If you have the opportunity to book at this place , DON’T. I went in for an appointment and the doctor was extremely dismissive. After I explained my concerns, he didn’t even look at my face. I had to insist before he reluctantly sent me for blood tests. The consult was supposed to be 15 minutes, but it barely lasted 3, wasted my $85 appointment fee. I decided not to book with them again because of how disappointed I was. Great team here, they have lots of bad reviews from Karen’s but receptionists have always been lovely to me & Drs here are great too! Good communication, would recommend
