Friendly staff and doctor was easy to get into and no fussing around!

Claims all Medicare Card holders are bulk billed on HotDoc but then when you get to actually book the time it's actually mixed billed with a ~$60 gap for a standard consult. Dishonest.
This doctor bulk bills which is so helpful for access to healthcare - being mindful that a standard appointment is only 10 minutes, so I make sure that I only bring one issue at any one time — it’s not fair on doctors if patients bring more than one issue for such a short appointment. At every visit the doctor has been knowledgeable, attuned and supportive, nothing short of on par with professional standards. The reception staff have been helpful on a few occasions too.
