This building company is one to avoid. Not honouring warranty issues. Would give zero stars if possible.
We have unfortunately bought a semi built by this company. The roof has leaked in two spots and although the building is still under warranty, the builder refuses to take action, although the insurance clearly states that : 'The issues with your roof that allowed the water ingress are due to faulty installation of the roof and guttering when the home was originally built.'
