Awful!.... If your a buyer and the seller's agent chooses this company as escrow ... run! We put a $5000 earnest money down. We actually wired the money. We ended up not going forward in the purchase of home as inspections came back unfavorable. It's been 3 weeks and counting, we have yet to get our earnest money back. One. They won't ACH or wire it back. You have to pick up a physical check. First they gave us a North KC address. Danielle Wallace, an escrow processor here, sent me an email asking for info about the HOA dues for our neighborhood, as they had a client purchasing a lot. When I didn’t answer immediately, she sent another email (less than 30 hours later for a closing that was still 2+ weeks away).
