We need another light service company at this point. They have customer service that days one thing and another. After having to pay the bill they want to charge you another fee to put service back along with the bill.
I love capitalism and strongly believe in open markets/ economic freedom. Having said that, when I am paying $500 per month for electricity and the top guy at ES was paid something around $18m last year, that isn’t right. Politicians in CT have contributed significantly to this issue, it isn’t just ES. Nonetheless, they deserve plenty of blame and aren’t working constructively with CT/ Federal politicians to fix this disaster.
