Rep named Sonia needs to be terminated. I couldn’t get in two words as she was talking over me . When she was told she was doing so she started doing it again ( very unprofessional and basically arguing with me ) - Do better - Hire better reps !
This current project in the West End of Hartford has been a nightmare these past couple of weeks. Some days they work, then they work through the night until midnight. It's like they don't care the residents who live there. The noise is unbearable. Major fail on their part.
They're extremely bad at their jobs, obviously. If you have to charge the amount you're charging, you're terrible at being efficient. How do you keep your jobs?
Middle finger to Eversource; one of the worst companies in CT by a marathon mile. Spent 3 hours on the phone with them today, spoke to 4 different departments, disconnected three times and each time they confirmed my number if we were disconnected but they NEVER called back, and then put on hold with the “wait time is less than two minutes” message for 90 minutes and no one ever picked up.
