Literally shouldn't even exist as a company. Garbage rates, garbage company, need help with a bill? Well they'll threaten to shut you off or force you into their scam of a payment plan, which news flash, rips you off even more. Just like all major companies now a days it's profits first human lives second.
Absolutely incompetent and beyond lazy. It is remarkable these people are allowed to operate in CT.

Firstly i want to say this review is not for Eversource as a whole, but the lovely lady Rae who helped me on the phone. Never in my life have I spoken to someone so kind and light hearted that seemed to genuinely care about helping me. She was wonderful and deserves everything good in this world. She made our interaction wonderful like i was talking to a long time friend. Please give her a promotion. The world needs more kindness like i experienced today from her.
