Customer service is horrible, my debit card card was compromised and I tried to pay online with my bank account, their online system wouldn't accept a online bank payment for some reason, they cut off my power during a big thunder storm and it was 40 degrees outside, and when I told them I sleep with a medical device, they didn't care and still charged me a 100$ restoration fee, because THEIR system wouldn't let me make a payment to keep my power on.
