The reason that eversource is installing smart meters is so that they can monitor homes that have servers running. We live in a country and a world where about 1.5 million people are running private servers in their home and a lot of us use it for artificial intelligence. That we run privately or video games or media, and that information from those smart meters literally makes anyone with a server or any device for running 24. That consumes more than 400 W. I have been on hold all morning. More than 50 minutes the first time, now 20. Terrible wait times. If I could use another co. for my service, I surely would.
