I have been on hold all morning. More than 50 minutes the first time, now 20. Terrible wait times. If I could use another co. for my service, I surely would.
Horrible customer service
The billing is going crazy. Please let me know here if you have any suggestions for next step. I reach out to the customer service a couple times. They have no answer to question other than saying that’s meter reading. My 15 days bill and 30 days bill are almost same. Now I got a bill of $1005 😬
