IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED. You have been Illegally charging targeted people and families and we have proof of this. You have charged people for electricity they never used. My circuit panel has been shut off for two months in a home I havent lived in because of travel. My electric bill is $891 for those two months. Guess what?
