From a Billing Department that does what it wants to, to shutting off Veterans without any sort of "Disconnect Notice" (like I have seen in the past)...it's a wonder that the Government hasn't either shut them down, or investigated them. Prices only go up, rates are inconsistent, and they'll shut you off without any notice whatsoever. I'm surprised NH hasn't filed a Class Action Suit against them. if I could rate this company 0 stars I would. I was on vacation and somehow the only month I go on vacation it’s my highest bill. you guys are unfair, inattentive, and your company drivers are unprofessional. The fact we have to speak to a robot over the phone just shows the lack of communication this company has. it’s unreal that I even left my phone number for a call back said to be an hour to get my call connected, waited 2 and nothing. this company is the worst, don’t bother with this horrible company.
