Spent 15 minutes wasting my time on their completely useless automated phone system that kept asking the same questions over and over without any offer to speak to someone.
Five days ago spent 30 mins listening to recording before speaking to anyone or being offered a call back option. Today 2/12/24 have been listening to same for over 15.
....paying a bill by phone is brutal.
