Since morning we are calling for shuff off machine answering waiting for hours no calling back
They will disconnect you even with medical protection and a low income discount they don’t care I’ve lost my refrigerator medications and can’t get them replaced since they are 2,500 a month heart medication and my insurance will not cover it again this month so no heart meds for me
From a Billing Department that does what it wants to, to shutting off Veterans without any sort of "Disconnect Notice" (like I have seen in the past)...it's a wonder that the Government hasn't either shut them down, or investigated them. Prices only go up, rates are inconsistent, and they'll shut you off without any notice whatsoever. I'm surprised NH hasn't filed a Class Action Suit against them.
