Giving this a one star review because unfortunately the google review rankings cannot go any lower. Explain how it is legal for a company to actively dodge necessary customer service when stopping existing open electricity accounts. I am writing this on hour 2 of waiting for them to respond to my call after their website claims they cannot transfer my service. I have been waiting for over 3 hours on the phone to cancel a service since I already moved out. I tried doing that online but of course the website didn't work. Terrible customer service delivered thanks to an outrageous monopoly
Overpriced
They may have the worst customer service in the world. I think the RMV is better.
