They may have the worst customer service in the world. I think the RMV is better.
Most miserable utility I've ever had to endure. Frequent blackouts, slow response, torturous customer "service", scandalous cost.
They have a monopoly over the Boston and Cambridge area, so they get away with poor service and lacking infrastructure. These politicians have sold their souls for a check from eversource and co.
