DO NOT SWITCH IF YOU DONT HAVE TO!!!! Rates are ridiculous. Prices way to expensive to "deliver" it and the maintenanc. The "relief" is pennies and you have to pay it back in the summer. Thats not really a "relief" and you get to pay for lower income families that actually get the breaks. So if you aren't lower income then get ready to pay for them. l've had a credit on my account since December and still haven't received my check. Reaching Eversource is nearly impossible, and when I do, it's just wasted time. I've spoken to agents a lot of times in the last two months, and each one said my check was issued - nothing processed yet. I can’t get my own money back. Completely unacceptable.
Eversource is a lousy service provider.I will search for another organization that provides electricity.
