Received a Phone Call at 6am this morning call ever source they said they Don’t call No one at 6am and they are Not Open till 8am Weird.
Promised service appointment after working hours and sat around waiting for a representative to show up. Called to see where the rep was and was told they don’t do same-day service. I guess customer service doesn’t matter when renters have no choice in who they can use. 0 stars.
My bill was 5x than it should have been last month because someone fat fingered the reading when they switched over to smart meters. You guys are so incompetent it’s a wonder we have working electricity at all.
Useless customer service. Absolutely no manners. They made a mistake on my rate and refuse to correct retrospectively. I provided multiple proofs of eligibility (one in enough) but they chose one which was missing something. What about other proofs I shared? When they transition to chat bots fully - that will be an upgrade from these live agents.
DO NOT SWITCH IF YOU DONT HAVE TO!!!! Rates are ridiculous. Prices way to expensive to "deliver" it and the maintenanc. The "relief" is pennies and you have to pay it back in the summer. Thats not really a "relief" and you get to pay for lower income families that actually get the breaks. So if you aren't lower income then get ready to pay for them.
