Youre a disgrace. Most outrageous energy prices in the entire country, wind blows too hard and we lose power, then they get to it when they feel like it. Hands down the worst group of people in this region.
So it's not enough that we're all struggling to pay our bills now they want to charge a security deposit of over $600 for those of us struggling to pay our bills. This makes no sense. I'm really disgusted eversource?!
I paid my balance in FULL to no longer be part of the budget program. They still have me enrolled and are charging me a ridiculous amount for a 2 bedroom apartment. I was told I was never taken off the program due to a "glitch". This company needs to be held accountable. Unfortunately, I'm stuck dealing with them since I live in an apartment building.
They are horrible at their jobs. It is expected to be a FOUR DAY wait for power after a storm. This town has experienced worse and they have gotten it done quicker. It is absolutely ridiculous that it would take an ELECTRIC company up to four days to restore power within three towns. The management behind this company is absolutely horrible and there is zero communication with customers.
Wish I could switch providers honestly this place and rates are a joke. Please explain how my apartment is 1000/month when we barely have the lights or anything on.
