They take 30% out of my bill for public benefits. I’m giving at least $100 a month to the welfare system out of my goddamn electric bill. How is this even legal? Can I write this off as a charitable donation? This is pure insanity and then when you call, you have to wait three hours to get a call back if you even get a call back at all
Pretty much impossible to reach ... unless you can leave a request for a callback. 30+ minutes mute wait am & pm. PS the return call never came. I use a lower cost power supplier.
