I'm writing to you today not out of anger but out of a sincere concern for the professional standards represented by your team in the field. On April 14, 2025, at approximately 2:10 PM, I encountered an Eversource vehicle on Highland Street, specifically positioned in front of The Sole Proprietor restaurant entrance. For the last few years, Eversource has been tearing up roads to install new equipment in Worcester County (gas lines, sensors, meters, etc). The key issue here is that they are making the customer pay for all of this equipment, labor, and installation now, while posting record profits in the process... Came out on Thursday and found small leak turned off gas told me whenever when I asked when they would be back to fix it today is now Monday and still no gas. I called and John was very helpful and nice that is the only reason I give them 3 stars. I wish I got his last name he needs a raise talking to him claimed me down.
