6 PM and Eversource still hasn’t restored my gas service after I paid my bill and had the restoration scheduled for today. It’s ridiculous how quickly they can shut someone’s service off, but then take all day to restore it after payment has been made. I have children in the home and shouldn’t have to sit around all day waiting with no timeframe or communication. If the restoration is scheduled for today, customers deserve to know when someone is actually coming. This needs to be addressed.

For the last few years, Eversource has been tearing up roads to install new equipment in Worcester County (gas lines, sensors, meters, etc). The key issue here is that they are making the customer pay for all of this equipment, labor, and installation now, while posting record profits in the process...
