For the last few years, Eversource has been tearing up roads to install new equipment in Worcester County (gas lines, sensors, meters, etc). The key issue here is that they are making the customer pay for all of this equipment, labor, and installation now, while posting record profits in the process... I hate they are my only choice too damn expansive
Came out on Thursday and found small leak turned off gas told me whenever when I asked when they would be back to fix it today is now Monday and still no gas. I called and John was very helpful and nice that is the only reason I give them 3 stars. I wish I got his last name he needs a raise talking to him claimed me down.
I tried to call the customer care help line for 10days ,I was put on hold for 2hrs, every time I called.i don't know how to reach the customer care because I moved and I wanted to stop the service but I was unable till now they are still billing me on the old address.
If you like being on hold for 2 hours this place is for you!
