Eversource is going to drive people into the poor house with these rate hikes in MA. You are a disgrace.
You need to do less profits and give more to customers instead of crushing them with these big bills. These companies need to realize people can’t survive with these bills so high.
Bill went up 300 dollars this month. It's absolutely absurd to think that my delivery fee is double the cost of how much we used. Paying close to 1000 a month is not sustainable.
Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Intentionally deceives customers and makes it difficult to not only get in contact with an actual representative, but took money out of my account and made it a fight to get it back. Its a shame they still are in operation and scamming hard working customers.
