Zero stars. Eversource increased their delivery fees exponentially since last year. My electric bill (which covers my baseboard heating) has doubled since last year, and the "delivery" costs have easily tripled. My bill for April was too high; not only did I turn the heat off on March 1st but I live in a studio apartment. As a disabled person who is temporarily out of work, this is incredibly unaffordable and we're being burdened with unreasonable costs. What a rip off.
