.This company is the most incompetent and unethical company I have had occasion to deal with in 50 years . Problems other companies easily resolve in 15 minutes...Eversource can't be bothered to address in 3 months. They entered a payment agreement with me and though i've made all my payments early, they lied about and have not honored their part of the agreement. They continue to harass me with bills thousands of dollars over what I owe. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
