WEIRD HOW YOU CAN MAKE YOUR BILLS ALL BE ONLINE WITH AN EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER BUT WHEN YOU CALL THEY LIE AND SAY THEY SAW OUR POWER WENT OUT AND TIRED TO CALL BUT THERE WAS NO NUMBER WITH THE ACCOUNT THEN HOW THE HELL WERE WE PAYING THE BILL THEN!? YOU WERE LAZY AND DIDNT WANNA DO YOUR JOB
My service got disconnected because their system did not update the payment, I called 5 time for them to connect it again and they took 24 hrs. Had medicine on the fridge, and trust me they don’t care. They had men working near by but none responded. Horrible service.

DO NOT USE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO!! I paid a bill days before shut off, and they came and shut me off anyway. When they told us "Our bad", we were told we would not be able to have our power turned on until tomorrow even though they messed up. This is not my first issue with Eversource, and I know it won't be the last. Horrible company. Thanks for making my fees greater than my actual bill 👍
DO NOT SWITCH IF YOU DONT HAVE TO!!!! Rates are ridiculous. Prices way to expensive to "deliver" it and the maintenanc. The "relief" is pennies and you have to pay it back in the summer. Thats not really a "relief" and you get to pay for lower income families that actually get the breaks. So if you aren't lower income then get ready to pay for them.
