down right mean customer service people-- brought up how it was terrifying to have a 600.00 electric bill because they changed the rate in the middle of the month of jan. rep tells me to wear wool socks to bring down my bill. they just triple billed me for some reason, and the breakdown doesn't make sense. 504.10 on a third bill sent to me this month, but the total charges add up to 200.00. the way I'm not paying three bills is crazy. unethical business.
