If I could give no stars I could. Eversource is the worst power company ever. They are sneaky , liars and have terrible customer service. Back date systems then play dumb. I hate it here if I had another option I would definitely take anything.
Over $600 for a month of electricity for a 2-bedroom apartment. Criminal delivery rates. Shameful and disgusting. Do better.
Horrible business with horrible customer service. Many times left number for call back with no luck. Today decided to wait it out ...1 hr 25 minutes and still waiting...we need competition in this industry...like cable and internet services...
This company should mind their laws of turning power off in NH during the winter. A family member of mine has several children including a newborn in their home & was told too bad they’re already gonna shut it off. They’re on their way. Then it turned into well you need $800 and then it turned into $600, & three days. Ultimately the family took care of it. Less than two weeks before Christmas & it has been VERY cold.
