Not a care in the world for the customer unless it’s about them making more money. Been on “hold” waiting to speak to someone from customer service for over 4 hours today and still not a word.
The constant price increases as the CEO continues to make record profits (at least $19 million) is infuriating. When will it be enough???
I called customer service because my lights were flickering. The man who answered was very nice and attentive and sent someone out to check a couple of days later. Although the service person did not find anything, They followed though and found and replaced a faulty transformer. No more flickering. Thanks!
