Incredibly difficult to set up a new account. Just moving to their service area. Provided 3 separate forms of government issued ID and they still want more. Don't think they can make it more difficult. Sadly, they are the only provider in the area-they know it and act like it.
I gave one star only because zero wasn’t an option. They don’t care about people AT ALL they don’t care about struggling single mothers and they want over $500 a month for a tiny mobile home that uses very minimal electricity. Absolutely BS!!
