Customer service sucks
They hold a monopoly on people’s electricity so they drive the price to an unreasonable amount. Greed
Thank god for the professionals at Eversource, without them who would I rely on to spoil my groceries and have outages last the whole night until my child overheats to the point feeding a cold shower for relief. Thank you for nothing
It takes 13 times to get to a human being as they want you to use the virtual assistant crap. When I was finally put through it said there was a 20 minute wait..People are at work!! Now I have to go to their office on my lunch break to hopefully talk to a real person!.
A lot of negative reviews here. I just want to say I had a very helpful person today. Her name was Rushida she helped me fix an error on my account. She was very kind and fixed the issue quickly. She was extremely pleasant and cared about my issues.
