Should have a PERSON to be able to talk to! Day or night. Automated service hangs up. But they're supposed to be "here for you". I imagine bad reviews don't matter, but I'm cold and tired of waiting.

Eversource is just another greedy, money hungry utility company that is skyrocketing their fees with constant drivel about "maintenance and updates to the grid". If my energy costs $80, why is the SUPPLY of said energy over an additional HUNDRED. And on top of that this predatory utility company wants to scrape every last cent and has decided to charge a fee if you pay by credit or debit card. Are you kidding me? We have had trees down in our neighborhood due to storm and I’m appalled at the lack of attention. Took multiple hours for them to even clear the road. Let alone get power back. Eversource could care less about its customers. Service rep talked down to me. She was an abomination. But be sure to pay your bill. What a disaster of an organization
