I would like to bring to your attention the behavior of one of your drivers, Mike. His conduct during our recent interaction was unprofessional and concerning. He was rude, dismissive, and displayed an “I don’t care” attitude throughout the delivery. As a representative of your company and someone operating a company vehicle, his behavior reflects directly on Eversoft Water. The only way to speak to the owner is through an attorney. The managers do not follow up. Customer Service is non-existent. Tell me again why I give this SERVICE company money?
