I have been a patient at this practice for a little over a year. Within the last five months, I was diagnosed with metabolic syndrome and placed on several medications, including Zepbound. Before the office close my last visit with the Dr. Chantel was over 25 minutes late.. . The nurse practitioner could only apologize, stating she did not know where the doctor was. Terrible, a waste of time!
I am very pleased with the services I’ve received at this location. Initially with Dr. Beckles and now with Dr. Hale. They are responsive to my needs and messages to the email are answered promptly. Very satisfied customer.

Dr. Beckles and Ms. Chantel Hale and their staff have always been so caring and accommodating to my needs. I have always gotten an appointment within a reasonable amount of time, sometimes even the same day. Would highly recommend getting the care needed from the now provider Ms. Hale, being Dr. Beckles left the practice.
