Always a great experience here, been seeing these doctors for years.
The communication is horrible, for being the only place in area to be seen with my insurance for free, I would rather pay a different doctor to be seen, wait time for appointments is 3 weeks out but don't depend on that because more then half the times it will get canceled before then. I have had multiple appointments cancel on me or I was called by staff and told they double booked and I need to change my appointment. When I made the appointment what I didn't expect was how long it would take for them to call in my prescription. While I waited the 6 or 7 minutes regarding my test.... I could hear through the wall a lady jabbering the whole time unrelated to doctoring. I was then told they would call in my prescription....
