This company is unable to keep providers. It is almost impossible to get a refill on medication or to get a call back for a refill of medication. I do not recommend this office or any providers that they temporarily hold. There has to be a reason why they cannot keep providers in that office. Do not go see them for your healthcare needs.
The provider delayed my care, as my condition worsened and required more urgent treatment later. I wish my concerns had been addressed more proactively at the initial visit. The provider I saw at a different clinic could not believe the treatment I received at Marathon.
They have always been good to me nice staff the 10 min policy is strict but it’s not on them for you being late
I was 3 min past their 10 min late policy, I called and told them I was running late and driving from another town. They still canceled my appointment and told me I would have to reschedule. The staff were rude and kept saying it was their policy... I will never use them again!
I had an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner. She was great, she took her time and addressed all my concerns..
