They rarely answer the phone and never return calls. I arrived for my appointment and the door was locked. I thought they had closed for the day. I knocked and then saw they were just sitting there. They didn't look up and ignored me even though it was past my appointment time. The NP did not seem knowledgeable and interrupted me when I tried to explain my history. If you want someone reliable and competent I recommend going elsewhere.
They were prompt and very professional. There have been some provider changes but that happens everywhere. Each provider was knowledgeable and took their time addressing my concerns. I highly recommend them.
This company is unable to keep providers. It is almost impossible to get a refill on medication or to get a call back for a refill of medication. I do not recommend this office or any providers that they temporarily hold. There has to be a reason why they cannot keep providers in that office. Do not go see them for your healthcare needs.
The provider delayed my care, as my condition worsened and required more urgent treatment later. I wish my concerns had been addressed more proactively at the initial visit. The provider I saw at a different clinic could not believe the treatment I received at Marathon.
They have always been good to me nice staff the 10 min policy is strict but it’s not on them for you being late
