As the name changes have occured with this 08901 facility, doctors, nurse practioners and the assistant staff have come and gone and so has the service. It is horrendous now. You schedule an appointment, appear for the appointment and some way, some how the appointment information has changed and/or was not stated correctly on the website/app and now you do not get the intended service. Oh by the way, they cancel your appointment too because there are issues with the facility often and do not make you a priority when resched... read more
Dr Thomas excellent always made feel that really cares about my health needs excellent
The care itself is very good, however I’ve called on several occasions or used the app to attempt to communicate and it’s taken WEEKS to receive a response. Most times calls go to voicemail.
Dr. Thomas is truly phenomenal and goes above and beyond. She goes out of her way to research things and is so empowering!
