I've been coming to this location for several years now and my experience has been mostly excellent. It's true that it isn't as easy as it used to be to find an appointment online. I believe this is from sheer popularity with state workers due to incentives for using Marathon. Dr. Slakoper is a fantastic doctor and, I would imagine, in high demand. They don't return calls, refuse to refill prescriptions that they said they would, refuse to tell me if they take my new insurance and just expect me to show up regardless, and they lie when they say they will call you with updates. I'd rather go to urgent care. Manager special doctors. I got better call back service from chucky cheese. This place is a joke.
This review deserves to be rated less than a 1. I had an appointment here today at 1pm. I confirmed my visit, drove an hour away bc nothing was close to me today. Me and another patient arrived at the same time. The door to the office was opened at 1pm and we both entered. I was told to go to my car and that someone would come out to swab me. 25 mins later I entered the office to inquire about what was going on. They had no intention of stabbing me. The Dr filling in for my doctor...Dr.Licetti who is great refused to refill my meds. The front desk attendant was acting as if she was a doctor, asking questions that she should have. DO NOT GO THERE. If anything happens to me, this needs to be documented.
