Do not make appointments with Dr. Licetti. He cancelled two (2) appointments. If all doctors were like Dr. Slakoper this is a great office. Unfortunately, Dr. Licetti is not holding up to Marathon Health standards.
The service has been horrible. I called at 8:30 in the morning and all through the day trying to get the doctor to call me in a prescription, the nurses keep telling me he’s working on it but nothing yet, it is 4:20. The health of their patients is not their number one concern.
Dr S is great, but ever since they moved her practice from the Yardley location it's hard to get in touch with her. Same or next day appointments are never available anymore. I've been waiting a week for an answer to something even though we're supposed to get responses within two business days. I think staff may be overworked because they don't seem to care as much since they moved.
Dr Slakoper and the staff are fantastic.
