Dr S is great, but ever since they moved her practice from the Yardley location it's hard to get in touch with her. Same or next day appointments are never available anymore. I've been waiting a week for an answer to something even though we're supposed to get responses within two business days. I think staff may be overworked because they don't seem to care as much since they moved.
Dr Slakoper and the staff are fantastic.
If you are going here for the convenience of the NJ Well reward Don't! More than once we have had problems with the billing department sending over the visit to finalize the reward. You would think they would want to be paid but they don't send the visit to horizon to be billed. Furthermore, you can't contact anyone in the billing department. They'll just send an email on your behalf! Terrible experience.
