Horrible customer service, appointments are frequently cancelled. I showed up for an appointment and the office was closed. The medical assistance/clerk, Lynette advised that my appointment was for a different time...untrue, I wrote down the appointment date and time in 2 calendar books. She rescheduled it only to call and blame me for her being confused and "forgetting that the doctor was not in the office on Fridays". My prior doctor when it was everside was amazing. The transition to marathon health has been a disaster. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails or the online service option. When you leave a message if you are Lucy you get a call back but a week later. Not sure what the issue is but I’d rather go and pa a copay the deal with this place. I would not recommend ever.

I became a Marathon Health patient when Everside Health transitioned to their care, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. Scheduling appointments, reviewing results, and communicating with staff—both the front desk and Nurse Practitioner Sohila Ahmadi—have all been frustrating. The office seems to steer most visits toward virtual or app-based care, making it difficult to be seen in person when needed. Just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you to Dr. O'Grady and staff. For once it was a nice experience going to the Dr. Dr. O'Grady is caring, compassionate and pays attention to detail of the patient, me. So thorough about my overall well being. Looked me in the eye, actually had a conversation with me to get to know me and to see the whole picture of my health issues in general and as a woman of my age. Thank you, Joy

Dr. O’Grady is so personable and knowledgeable. She has even called me in the phone herself for follow up questions. The staff are very friendly too!
