The convenience of the sick visits and labs being free is nice. However, they pick and choose what they will see. If they see 1 symptom that they are not comfortable with. Instead of calling the patient to inquire and get more information to make an informed decision, they will just tell you that they cannot see you and that you need to go to the ER. She also wanted to prescribe me antibiotics for a vocal cord strain which is not good practice. Will not be returning. Disappointing.
Shelia is an excellent NP. My husband and I both see her for annual heathcare and routine healtcare needs. She and her staff are genuinely caring and compassionate and provide top notch care!
