Absolutely appalling customer service and dishonest business practices. Before booking, I explicitly confirmed over the phone that the call-out would be Free of Charge if I chose not to proceed after getting a quote. When the technician arrived and quoted $250 + GST, I declined the repair. The technician then completely went back on what the office promised, using high-pressure tactics and making me feel forced into paying for a service I didn't want. I called the technician for a minor repair to fix the hinges on my garage door. He quoted $ 290 + GST and agreed to full service. But just put back the unbroken hinges in 5 minutes and checked the door. No service done as a professional technician do in full service. He said the job is done and asked to pay the money. The website offer 6 month warranty for the fixed job but he refused to give any warranty. Paid $319 for 5 minutes minor job and no warranty. I will not recommend anyone for garage repair services.
