I purchased a machine overseas and once it arrived it was destroyed. After finding Mr. Brian Sigmon we spoke on the phone to see if he could come to inspect the destroyed equipment and make a determination as it if it could be repaired or not. He arrived within one hour of calling and while he looked over my machine he took his time and was sure to ask plenty of questions so he could really find out what could have happened that caused the machine to be destroyed.
