You get more attitude than mattress – Unless the ownership has changed since the last time I tried to purchase a mattress, I would avoid them if only for your personal safety. The owner gets very angry easily. What started out as a normal logistics conversation on coordinating a delivery time suddenly turned into yelling when he apparently got fed up with me suggesting a differently delivery date that would work for both of us. As the owner who has intimate knowledge of the some of the people who write complaints, and others that can't be identified. The problem with these sites is that these outlandish reviews can actually be your competitors! The only way to get these removed is to pay this company and you have the ability to control who and what is posted about your business. We refuse to be blackmailed to do this. Terrible, volatile business...sadly – Everrest Mattress has 5 complaints and an unsatisfactory rating according to the Better BusinessBureau. thebbb(dot)org I purchased an Elite Queen size mattress on a Thursday Dec 7th 2006 for $475 and they delivered it. I had paid for the haul away service, $10, and the sales person had stated though they usually would only haul away 1 mattress set for this fee, she was willing to haul away 2 sets.
