I did not personally have work done by this company so this review is based solely on the experience I had with an issue resolution. One of EverReady's tech mistakenly removed one of my air movers from an apartment they were servicing. Upon reaching out to EverReady to find my missing air mover, Kathleen remedied the issue with quickness and thoughtfulness. She made it right, right away! Great experience with Customer Service!
Told the apartment manager my dog urinated on the carpet which resulted in me having $265 in damage fees. Outright lies! My dog is housebroken and neutered. I have friends and family that can attest! Outright liars! My dog vomited a small amount of bile which is yellow and I cleaned it up! Their employee who appears to be actively using said it smelled like urine! Avoid at all costs!
To start with, I haven’t used your service. This review is because of one of your employees driving a company vehicle. Your driver swerved into my lane forcing me into the shoulder. When in was able to get beside him, he was face down in his phone while driving
These guys are dangerous. They fly through the city like they're above the law and are going to end up killing someone. Called the police today after they almost hit two cars speeding into a construction zone and was told they've had numerous complaints before.
