HORRIBLE! Diagoned my problem & after receiving his $150, Ray Told me that he'd email my receipt for my warranty company. That ofcourse Never Happened & now I am looking to have another company to help so that I can get a receipt & get my claim working. Oh & wouldn't you know, RAY'S NUMBER IS GOING DIRECTLY TO A VMAIL! NOT A LEGIT COMPANY!

I called , they came to give me a price. Before they arrived, I already found the problem, pin hole in the expansion tank for the well, I checked the parts where 320.00. fellow shows up says ,You got a hole in your tank, we can fix it for 1050.00. AND SMILED,,, WOW, NOT GONNA BE ROBBED IN BROAD DAY LGHT, WITHOUT A GUN, THESE PEOPLE HAVE LOST THERE MINDS, Called another plumber , his price was 600,00. Can do the work today,, these people have a license to steal, Don't Trust These guys,,,get another opinion,,,,RUN ..

Our pump went out and I called them for service with no water. He looked at my pump for about 2 minutes told me he could fix for $3500 and couldn’t guarantee water. Something told me to stay clear of this company after I read the reviews but we were desperate. I followed my intuition and told him I’d call him we had another person coming out.
