From my first call to EverPresent I was pleased with how easy it was to communicate my needs to the representative. She led me through the process and how my pictures would be transfered to a thumb drive and how I can proceed to get my tape to them effortlessly. What was impressive about the services that I receive was the quality of the following: quality of services was excellent, the quality of communication was excellent, quality of product that I received was excellent. The staff who handle all of my concerns were very professional. From the time my product was in the care of your staff, until the product was completed and back in my care; everything was impeccable.
