We had some problems initially with my old reel-to-reel tapes but they were able to digitalize and improve the quality. The results were very good.
Amazing customer service. Spoke with multiple people and got great customer service from every single person. Really like the app and being able to share photos online. About to look into their services for creating different types of scrapbook options.
Spending quite a lot of time, I was able to convert most of my VCR and camcorder videotapes myself into DVDs and digitize them with equipment and apps that I bought. However, there were several original old tapes that looked like they were dead and hopeless. They just played back with white noise. The memories captured on those tapes were likely gone forever.
