This place is ok. The quality of the product is fairly good, but you can never speak to someone who actually works on site, the customer service person at the desk is really just a check in clerk. They don't really know anything about your order specifically. I got follow up calls from someone in another state entirely, and that person always seemed to be a bit confused about my order. Also, when I called on the phone to confirm the hours that the Bethesda location was open they told me they were not open on Saturdays. The d... read more
Expensive, but they do a very good job and worked within the time frame we needed. My 94 year-old dad has macular degeneration and glaucoma, and can now see the photos better on an ipad screen. He loved it!
