I can't recommend EverPresent even though the people are friendly and send a lot of emails full of enthusiasm to let you know what is happening with every step of the conversion process--except the added costs. I took three VHS tapes in to be digitized for $104 ($19.99 per tape and $45 for the service--"safe handling" etc.) and after two and a half weeks picked up the tapes and was charged $171.97. EverPresent took great care in digitalizing my photos and returning them to me as sent. Some photos were very old and faded but EverPresent was able to digitalize these for future viewing. Thank You EverPresent.
