Very disappointed Eric was nice the manager Joel Tovar was rude and would not listen to what I was asking him for option and got annoyed with me when he wanted to see the attic he told there was no access. He could not see in the attic with his flashlight off his phone and when I ask he if he had a flashlight he told me the was no access. I asked them to leave as there was attic lights that was in front of his face but couldn’t find I wish them nothing but well thoughts
