This review is for service technician Zac. Our church recently added an Everon security system and we were trying get a certain function of the system to work for us. Zac was relentless with the third party vendor to get that functionality to work. After 4 onsite visits, countless calls to the third party vendor, scheduling and rescheduling that worked for us and working with our IT vendor, he was able to complete our request for the specific functionality we wanted from our new security system.
