My experience with Everon has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, I was misled by Michael Sutton, who sold me a non-UL-certified alarm system for nearly the same price as my brother’s fully UL-certified system. When I later requested an upgrade to meet UL certification standards, I was quoted a price that was nearly double what I had already paid, with vague justifications citing "policy changes" and "higher monitoring costs." I'm giving them one star based on the tail gating driver with his high beams. It's 5 am and there are 3 lanes. There's no need to drive like this.
Anthony was knowledgeable and incredible. He seek and found and solved the issue we were having within minutes after arriving. Looking forward to working with him again.
The technician, Anthony Narita, did the great work on the upgrades with explanation for us to fully understand what he did, and kindness. I really appreciate his perfect work.
