Do not use EverOn! We are a national builder using them on a large multifamily project in Charlotte. We signed a contract with them to monitor our fire alarm system two months ago. They indicated they needed to order a part (basically a router) which can be bought almost anywhere. They could not tell us when the part would come. Weeks went by and we escalated the situation.
