Our building had its annual inspection in December 13, 2024. We did not pass the inspection and it has taken till now, May 29, 2025 to get to the point I am able to schedule a re-inspection. I still don't have a passed inspection after almost 6 months, but I am hopeful it will be completed before I have to reschedule the ANNUAL inspection again! Do not use EverOn! We are a national builder using them on a large multifamily project in Charlotte. We signed a contract with them to monitor our fire alarm system two months ago. They indicated they needed to order a part (basically a router) which can be bought almost anywhere. They could not tell us when the part would come. Weeks went by and we escalated the situation.
