Absolutely horrible. Their sales team use bs tactics to sign longer contracts then stated so they can get a bigger commission and lock you in. They fees and the charges they offer are Absolutely nuts. Stay far far away and seek out a local place for your fire and alarm systems. I paid for the whole year what adt was charging me for a month...incredibly shady rude and ignorant company.
