I’m giving a 4 star rating because Dr Caldera herself was wonderful, kind, professional and attentive. My only concern was the scheduling coordination at the front desk , my appointment was 4pm , I arrived at 3:30 but I was not seen till almost 5:30, I don’t want to reflect negatively on the Dr as she provided an excellent care, Just need to improve the scheduling process to make visit smoother.
The staff here are very nice and helpful.
Finding a healthcare facility that is truly patient centered and cares for the patient as a whole rather than in fragmented pieces can be challenging to find. My experience at the San Tan Valley HonorHealth primary care clinic was exceptional. The staff were friendly, caring, welcoming, and efficient. The waiting room was spacious and my appointment was on time. My Primary Care Physician was very thorough and demonstrated she cared about my medical history and current complications and needs.
